	KYR – YIANNI PARAGKA FLOWERS SEMI-DRY Its color is bright salmon with some orange highlights. On the nose, red fruits such as cherry, combine harmoniously with unexpected aromas of peach and apricot embraced by floral notes that remind us of white flowers. On the palate it is light, with only 11.5% alcohol, a soft sweetness that blends beautifully with the acidity and leaves an aftertaste that brings to mind sweets. It is pleasant to drink now but the screw cap will help it maintain its freshness for 1-2 more years. From the charismatic Xinomavro with a small contribution of Merlot. ‘Flowers’ is the right word to characterize the style of the wine, which brings to mind picnics, the countryside, friends around a table and carefreeness. It is light, fragrant and semi-dry!

	SUFFRAGETTE Zin Ideos Estate Suffragette from the Zin Ideos Estate is a new and unusual blend of two native Macedonian varieties, which surprised us greatly! Xinomavro and Amassi matched perfectly and gave a very enjoyable combination of exuberant body and elegant aromas. It immediately enters the list of fine rosés that you will drink after a binge this summer! On the nose it has rich aromas of ripe strawberry, cherry, red berries, white rose and subtle notes of sage, banana and pear. On the palate it has medium body and balanced acidity, with a very subtle tannic character. Black cherry, raspberry, pomegranate, tomato, bitter orange, sage, orange blossom and peach, compose a complex and absolutely gastronomic result. It is aged for 2 years.
	ESTELLA ROSE ΚΤΗΜΑ KITRVS For Estella, 90% of the beloved spicy Syrah was combined with 10% Aglianico, which proved to be the most suitable ratio to produce an exuberant rosé with volume from the first variety, with the second giving an elegant finish and a Spartan acidity. The juice, which after fermentation ended up in concrete tanks for 6 months, resulted from the gentle pressing of grapes and a small portion of it from whole bunches. Structure, depth, freshness of fruit and cool acidity, result in a long aftertaste with peppery notes. You simply won't get enough of it! 	OPIUM ROSE It is no secret that Grenache Rouge produces the most elegant and aromatic rosés. If you add to this the very low yield per hectare (does not exceed 400 kg/hectare), the 40-year-old vines in the southern Evia region very close to Stira and the touch of Apostolos Lykos, then you easily understand that we are talking about a uniquely elegant and elegant rosé wine in every respect with moderate aromatic intensity and aromatic elements typical of the variety. In the glass it is soft salmon. The nose is initially shy that gradually unfolds its strawberry and spicy aromas. Grapefruit zest, stone cherry, mint and white pepper. In the mouth it has medium body, balanced acidity and an oily feel. Aromas of butter, cream, strawberry, cherry, pink grapefruit, orange, sweet pepper and pepper overwhelm you with every sip.
